Ductile iron pipe is a kind of cast iron, is an alloy of iron, carbon and silicon. Graphite in ductile iron is in the form of spheres, the general size of the graphite is 6-7 levels, the quality of the casting pipe is required to control the level of spheroidization for the 1-3 level (spheroidization rate ≥ 80%), and thus the mechanical properties of the material itself has been better improved, with the essence of iron, steel performance.
